We have done several kitchens for both investment and owner occupied residences with DLK and have found Marcus and the team extremely knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. Marcus’s insight in design and the way things go together has been awesome and Am sure this has led us to get a better product in the end. Most jobs have gone without a hitch and been seamless. The last one we had a few issues with install. At the time it can be stressful, but reaching out to Marcus and the team to rectify the issues in a timely manner was unbeatable. Everyone jumped and responded quickly and worked together with my other trades to get the job done with minimal issues. When things go perfectly it’s great, but you can really tell the difference when mistakes happen and what the team does to rectify the issues. I think you can really measure their commitment to their customers in these times, and for this reason I have not considered going to anyone else. Price point is great for both owner occ and investment. Product quality has always been great. Repeat customers says it all. Marcus thanks for your support and patience with us, look forward to wrapping up these ones we are doing at the moment and moving on to the next one.read more

I just love the service you get from DLK. Have done two kitchens through these guys now and love both of them. Marcus is a genius when it comes to putting pencil to paper and designing a kitchen you'll love with his attention to detail and artistic flair. Cindy in the Coffs Harbour office always welcomes you with a smile and nothing if too difficult to deal with. Dan our installer was fantastic also. Can't recommend this team any greater. Kitchen looks great, but thats it. Hinges keep breaking, small screws into particle board is just inviting trouble. Corner cupboard has been a problem since it was installed. The only redeeming factor is that the hinges have a lifetime warranty.
